The rock represents life, on top of the rock, we are holding each other trying to find a balance. The rock is not perfect but nevertheless we are looking at each other and smiling… trying to dance.

The Miami city line with the sea its a perfect representation of our life in Miami, the place where we met, fell in love and where we plan to build our lives together.

Holding each other on top of the rock felt comforting because instead of finding a balance separately, when we decided to hug, the frightening sensation of falling dissappeared.

We think its a great analogy for marriage… Why do people marry? We believe it is only natural to feel less scared about falling when you have a partner that you know will stay by your side to share the ups and downs of daily life.

Everything in this life has a reason… even the people that you meet and when you meet them. Kévin and I met at a time in which we were ready to give love… since the beginning it was very clear the relationship was about mutual giving.

We always wonder if ten years ago, we would have fallen in love? Even though we would both love to say yes,  we reflect back on our priorities, visions of life and then understand that this was the perfect time – God’s time.

It requires actions and above all, simply the desire of accomplishing it. This look is the desire of the action and it means a lot when building a life together.

We love the green and the sun, this is why we look so relaxed in this picture. It was one of those perfect weather Miami days, we had to wake up at 6 am on  a saturday to catch the sunrise!

I think this is how you feel when you meet the love of your life and you are planning to get married. It doesn’t matter the circumstances, you want to live this adventure fully and as soon as possible, even if that means waking up really early!
